  Hello friends,
        AP Polytechnics are now ruled by the people (HOD's, Principals, and Higher..) who are from non core branches and humanities. and in near feature the whole system will go in to their hands. As the promotions to core branches are stopped with silly reasons. and the cart of non core branches is running with jet speed from last few years.A core branch lecturer with 20+ years experience is continuing in the same post, where as a non core branch people with 10+ years of experience is heading over him.
          The association is working only for their next win but not for the future of polytechnics
           The department is taking steps only to promote shortest list people, not thinking about the core branches from last 10 years
           The lecturers of core branches are loaded with HOD In charges, II shifts Load, Electrical works, Construction work, Training and placements CPDT etc... etc...
